Interlocked Locs

So it's been a very long time since I've blogged. I have fallen in love with locs and I decided to take my disappointing loose natural hair journey to a loc'd natural hair journey. I took to YouTube and learned how to interlock my hair. I learned how to interlock my hair by watching Patience_edet on YouTube. I'm two months in and I have to say I'm loving it! The only downside I have is, I made my locs so small and I'd like to start retwisting instead of interlocking. I can, but not without risk of breaking and thinning of my locs. I did see a picture of someone with palm rolled small locs and thought, " It can be safe to re-twist as long as I don't over twist. The first pic is from 12/19/14 and the second pic is from Oct 14, 2014, the day I interlocked. Don't,mind my ratty shirt in the first pic. I'm on bed rest because I had surgery two weeks ago. I decided to interlock because my loose natural hair was prone to single strand knots and I was getting frustrated. I researched locs for a few months then just decided to do it. I don't miss my loose natural hair except when I see a gorgeous jezebel with the natural hair that I've been longing for! I wouldn't go back for anything. I'm really enjoying this! Tata for now!
